La Libellule d.o.o., Petra Zoranića 23, Metković, Republic of Croatia, OIB: 15644829398, MBS: 090043216, registered in the court register at the Commercial Court in Dubrovnik, VAT ID: HR15644829398 (hereinafter referred to as "La Libellule d.o.o.", "we", "us" or "Data Controller") attaches great importance to the security and protection of personal data.
Therefore, we process the personal data of our (potential) customers, business partners, their representatives and employees, as well as the personal data of visitors to our website www.eveilleurparfums.com and our social media profiles (hereinafter collectively: data subjects) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: General Data Protection Regulation), as well as in accordance with other relevant national and European regulations.
The aim of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about the manner and the scope of processing your personal data, the legal basis and purpose of processing personal data, and about your associated rights.

1. WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA AND WHICH PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?
Personal data refers to any information related to an individual that can identify or help identify that individual (e.g., name, identification number, location data, online identifier, camera recordings, fingerprints, etc.).
If you are a (potential) customer or business partner of La Libellule d.o.o., or their legal representative or employee, or a visitor to our website or social media profiles, we may, depending on the nature of our relationship, process the following categories of your personal data:
- name and surname, address
- personal identification number
- contact information (email or phone number), information about the business entity you are employed by, your role within that business entity
- address of the headquarters, branch, or facility of the business entity you are employed by or which you represent
- bank account number
- information about purchased products, including their value
- IP address and approximate location from which this website was accessed, approximate time of access, gender, approximate age
- other personal data you provide to us (e.g., content of your messages when you contact us via email, social media, or the contact form on this website, your reviews, information you provide during meetings or through other means).
2. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
La Libellule d.o.o. processes personal data based on the authorization provided in article 6, paragraph 1, points (b), (c), and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, in order to:
a. negotiate with potential business partners and customers regarding the establishment of a business relationship;
b. fulfill obligations and exercise rights established by contracts with business partners or customers (e.g., deliver purchased products, collect payments);
c. comply with mandatory regulations (e.g., submit financial reports to tax authorities);
d. achieve legitimate interests aimed at the proper and secure conduct of business activities, improving product quality, user experience, website functionality, and business growth.
Based on informed, voluntary, explicit, and written consent of the data subject, given in accordance with article 6, paragraph 1, point (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, La Libellule d.o.o. may also process other categories of personal data for the purposes and during the period specified in the consent.
Based on the consent of data subjects or based on Data Controller’s legitimate interest in business growth, Data Controller may conduct marketing activities (for example, sending newsletters). In the case of direct marketing, the Data Controller will inform the data subject at each contact about his right to object to the processing of his personal data for this purpose. If a data subject objects, La Libellule d.o.o. will cease all further marketing activities.
Personal data will be processed solely for the purposes for which they were collected, and processing will be limited to the minimum necessary extent.
3. DURATION OF THE PROCESSING
Personal data of individuals with whom cooperation was negotiated (e.g., an offer was sent), but a business relationship was not established, will be stored for a maximum of three years, unless a longer period is prescribed by mandatory regulations or if the data is needed as evidence in judicial, administrative, arbitration, or other equivalent proceedings.
Personal data of individuals with whom La Libellule d.o.o. has established a business relationship will be retained for the duration of the business relationship and for five years after its termination. After this period, all personal data will be permanently deleted, except for data whose processing is required by mandatory legal regulations (e.g., tax regulations) and data that serves as evidence in judicial, administrative, arbitration, or other equivalent proceedings.
Personal data collected based on the individual's consent will be processed until the consent is withdrawn, or for the maximum duration specified in the consent upon which the data processing is based. The individual may withdraw their consent at any time without any negative consequences.
4. SHARING PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES
Considering that, within the scope of the sale of its products, La Libellule d.o.o. offers a product delivery service, La Libellule d.o.o. will, in order to fulfill its contractual obligation, share certain personal data (e.g., customer name, address, and contact information) with logistics service providers and carriers.
Additionally, La Libellule d.o.o. may share some personal data with recipients who process personal data in the name and on behalf of the La Libellule d.o.o., as part of the specialized services they provide (e.g., accounting or IT services). These entities are considered Data Processors under the General Data Protection Regulation. La Libellule d.o.o. will enter into Data Processing Agreements with these Data Processors, in accordance with the obligations established by the General Data Protection Regulation.
Furthermore, to fulfill its legal obligations, La Libellule d.o.o. may be required to share certain personal data of customers and business partners with public authorities (e.g., tax authorities).
La Libellule d.o.o. will limit the categories and volume of personal data shared with other recipients to the smallest possible extent.
Also, in its business activities, La Libellule d.o.o. uses various third-party services (e.g., Shopify, CorvusPay, Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to enhance business operations and to provide a better user experience. These entities have their own privacy and cookie policies. Therefore, please be aware that certain data you provide by using this website or other websites linked to the Data Controller (e.g., the Data Controller's social media profiles) will be governed by the policies of these entities.
