Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 86, Paragraph 1, Point 5 of the Consumer Protection Act (Narodne Novine, Nos. 19/22, 59/23, 59/26), the right to unilateral contract termination is excluded for hygiene reasons in situations where the buyer unseals the product after delivery (for example, by opening the protective film on a perfume or using the perfume).
